aaaaargh!!!!

vikkikOkay, well, my life is officially a pile of poo!!!
Our broadband died on Monday last week (AGAIN!!!!) and is STILL not fixed (sneaking online from work here....)
I THINK the interview went okay on Friday, but I'm still waiting to hear.
Just before I left for my interview on Friday, the phone rang, and it was my aunt, to say that my grandmother is very ill and in hospital, and the doctors don't think she'll make it. I managed to get the weekend off work at very short notice, and we went to see her (she lives near Lincoln, which is not exactly a SHORT journey...) Seeing her like that was dreadful. And I'm worried how it's going to affect my dad. He never really let himself grieve when his dad died (the week before I was born, so 27 years ago) and I'm afraid that when my grandmother goes all the emotion he bottled up then is going to come back clobber him. and, well, basically life is crap, and I'm without my support network (aka; CBB/LJ/MSN)
So this is a shameless plea for huggles, even though I'm not gonna be able to read them till the stupid broadband gets sorted out!
*stamps foot*
